The Q-SYS Scheduling Panel is built on the Microsoft Device Ecosystem Platform (MDEP) and delivers consistent experiences, improved performance, and simplified deployment. Displays meeting details, availability, and allows users to reserve meeting spaces on the spot. The QSP-11 is a simple, easy-to-manage room booking solution that runs the Teams Panel app for Microsoft Teams Rooms. It can be managed in the Teams Admin Center, Pro Management Portal, and monitored with Q-SYS Reflect. Requires a Teams Rooms Pro or Shared Device license.  The Q-SYS Scheduling Panel connects to Q-SYS Reflect for cloud-based device monitoring alongside all other Q-SYS devices and systems, including RoomSuite spaces, high-impact spaces, and communal areas, providing system administrators with real-time actions and insights. 

The Q-SYS Scheduling Panel can be easily installed on conference room exteriors, walls, or glass. A surface mount is included, with an optional kit for glass and mullion installation.
