The Proterial Cable 61579-24 is a 24-fiber 8.3uM OS2 armored tight buffered indoor/outdoor plenum cable designed by Proterial Cable America. It is RoHS 3 compliant and made in the U.S.A., featuring bend-insensitive optical fibers for improved performance across multimode and singlemode cables, except OM1. This cable eliminates the need for innerduct or conduit with its aluminum interlock armor and includes individually color-coded fibers for easy identification. Ideal for campus environments, it also offers flexibility, a UV and fungus-resistant jacket, and dry super absorbent polymers (SAPs) to prevent water migration within the cable interstices.
