The Cleerline Advanced Fiber Termination Kit provides the basic tools to prepare, terminate and clean fiber optic cable and mechanical connectors. The kit includes a high-precision wheel cleaver factory-adjusted to cleave Cleerline SSF™ fiber optic cable. The cleaver’s blade is rated to provide up to 48,000 cleaves, and the blade position can be easily adjusted to provide access to fresh cutting points for BendSafe® and traditional bend-insensitive cabling. For added efficiency on the job site, the cleaver includes a universal cable holder to accommodate fibers from 250μm to 3. 0mm in diameter. The kit also includes a pocket-sized 650nm visual fault locator for the verification of cables and connectors using visible light. A VFL adapter for compatibility with SC, ST, FC and LC connectors is included. Additionally, the kit includes aramid strand scissors, tri-hole fiber strippers, click-style fiber cleaners, cable jacket stripper, fiber optic disposal unit and a variety of other cleaning and installation supplies. All items are located in a conveniently-sized hard plastic case that protects and organizes while providing easy access.
