The shielded, patented ezEX-RJ45 connector is engineered for larger CAT6 cables and conductors, featuring an integrated Hi-Lo stagger load bar that allows conductors to pass through the front for quick wiring sequence verification. Its one-piece, pass-through design requires no liners or bars and ensures easy, reliable terminations. Compliant with 5e/6/6A standards, this connector supports conductor insulation diameters from 0.039" to 0.044" (1.0–1.12mm), a max outer cable diameter of 0.280" (7.1mm), and accommodates solid or stranded 24–22 AWG wires. Termination is completed using the EXO Crimp Frame® and EXO-EX Die™ (100061C). It meets TAA, TIA, RoHS, UL, and FCC standards and is made in the USA. U.S. Patents 9,543,729 B2; 10,116,082 B2; and 10,573,990 B2.
