Eaton's DITPM and DCPM software, both of which are part of the Brightlayer Data Centers suite, natively support uninterruptible power supplies (UPSs) and power distribution units (PDUs). The Monitored Device Extension (BL-EXT-MONDV-PERP) adds support for other devices, such as sensors, cameras, switches, routers and servers. Customers of this service can open new cases, manage existing cases, review prior cases and access Eaton's integrated Knowledgebase, which includes a series of self-service videos related to product features. This item will entitle you to 5 years of support for your monitored IT devices. Support is also available for 1-year (BL-SUP-1Y-EXT-MON) and 3-year (BL-SUP-3Y-EXT-MON) terms.
