The 74R1 series Electric Strike is specifically designed for rim exit devices with 3/4 Pullman type latchbolt. It provides remote electrical control and thus allowing door to open without actuation of the exit device. This is a semi-mortised strike for rim exit devices having 3/4" Pullman type bolts without auxiliary bolts. The electric strike opens electrically under 35 lbs. of preload.

Recommended for use in hollow metal, wood and aluminum door jambs
