The 2GIG TAKE-ENCL Hardwire Conversion Enclosure Kit is an ideal solution for professional installers undertaking retrofit and takeover projects, providing a streamlined way to integrate existing hardwired security zones into a modern 2GIG wireless system. This kit includes a durable ABS UL94 V-0 rated wall-mount enclosure, an integrated power supply board with essential AC fail and low-battery supervision, and a grounded plug-in transformer. The enclosure is designed to house up to three 2GIG Super Switch takeover modules (such as 2GIG-TAKE-345 or 2GIG-TAKE1E-345, sold separately), enabling the conversion of up to 24 hardwired zones to wireless signals. It also features dedicated space for a backup battery (sold separately) to maintain power during outages, ensuring continuous operation of the housed modules. This kit simplifies parts management by replacing the legacy GG-TAKEKIT1 and is designed for indoor use, offering an efficient upgrade path for various 2GIG control panels.
