The CZ3000 is a compact, self-aligning shear lock ideal for doors that open in two directions. The CZ3000’s construction and 1 inch (25 mm) width make it suitable for narrow aluminum and wooden doors. Thanks to the patented self-aligning anchoring system, a holding force of 3,300 lb (1500 kg) is guaranteed. It can be installed flush with the floor or mounted on a door thanks to its surface-mounted housing (in brushed stainless steel). A varistor is integrated into the electronics, protecting sensitive control elements such as keypads and access control systems from EMC.
