Product Overview
The Alpha Communications® / Cornell E-114 Emergency Pull station is used to initiate a system 'Emergency' signal. It may be used independently or connected with other call stations and/or intercom stations. The E-114 has a DPST Normally-Open switch that activates in a 'Latching' fashion, when the pull cord is pulled.
Placing a call is accomplished by pulling on the pull cord. This type of 'Latching' pull cord station is typically canceled by sliding the switch back to the up (OFF) position. The E-114 station features a rugged stainless steel faceplate, with the word 'EMERGENCY' and "PULL FOR HELP" permanently silk-screened onto the faceplate.
The E-114-1 is the same as the E-114 station, except it has a 2nd set of 'Latching' Normally-Open contacts.
