ADI Business System Upgrade - What You Need to Know

From 8 p.m. AST on Thursday, July 24 through the early morning of Monday, July 28, ADI will be upgrading its business systems.

This move to a more modern platform will give us new tools and capabilities to better support you as we grow. Ultimately, these enhancements will help deliver a more seamless and improved customer experience.

As part of this transition, please note that all ADI stores and our distribution centers will be closed on Friday, July 25 during the upgrade. As a result:

  • The order cutoff time for same-day shipments will be noon (AST) on Thursday, July 24
  • No orders will be shipped out July 25
Website Temporarily Unavailable

Our website will be temporarily unavailable from 8 p.m. AST on Thursday, July 24 through the early morning of Monday, July 28. As a result, we encourage you to complete any urgent business matters before 8 p.m. AST July 24.

Other Key Changes Starting July 28

  • You will receive a new customer ID
  • All of your account history will transfer*
  • Existing orders will be processed as usual
  • Some account documents will look different

* Please note that your online account will only display orders and invoices from the past 12 months. Records older than a year will be available upon request by contacting ADI Customer Support.

Amended Return Policy: July 14 through July 28

There will be a delay in any warranty returns for credit, exchange or repair July 14 through July 28. However, returns for new, unopened and resaleable products will be able to be processed as normal during this time.

ADI Pro Rewards Members

Any pending points you have or new points you earn will be temporarily unavailable until we transition to the new system in late July.

During this time, you can still:

  • Redeem existing points
  • View the rewards catalog
  • Track sales and progress to your quarterly goal

Starting July 28:

  • You will receive a new rewards account number
  • Your current points and goals will transfer
  • You won't be able to see past redemption information

Once the transition to the new system is complete:

  • Existing points will be carried over
  • Points balances will be adjusted to reflect progress toward your current goal
  • Your purchases and earned points will be tracked and updated daily as they are now
