An enhanced two-year extension of the Minuteman three-year warranty to repair or replace any eligible UPS product, including a guaranteed replacement of defective batteries. Even if the UPS batteries are operating within nominal levels within the term of the warranty period, Minuteman will proactively contact the end-user to arrange for replacement batteries. Minuteman agrees to pay all standard ground freight charges to the customer for repair of the UPS or replacement batteries.
