The Episode Business Music Solution (EBMS) zone controller wall plate is a fully configurable audio control device designed for enterprise-level environments such as restaurants, gyms, and retail spaces. It features an IP54-rated, scratch-resistant finish suitable for various indoor commercial settings including kitchens and indoor pools, ensuring durability. The controller offers an intuitive high-resolution color display with light and dark modes, enabling easy navigation and flexible source and zone control. Powered and controlled via a single CAT5e/6 cable with PoE support, it integrates seamlessly with Episode Business Music DSPs and MixAmps and is compatible with Control4 systems for upgrading. The patented installation system provides precise alignment in junction boxes or wall mounts, with separate faceplates available for multi-unit installations.

This Episode product has a 2-Year Limited Warranty. This warranty includes parts and labor repairs on all components found to be defective in material or workmanship under normal conditions of use. This warranty will not apply to products which have been abused, modified or disassembled. Products to be repaired under this warranty must be returned to Snap One or a designated service center with prior notification and an assigned return authorization number (RA).
