Order online and select Pick Up in Branch at checkout. Select today's date and One-Hour Pickup.
Get an Email Notification
Your order will be ready within one hour from the time of your purchase. Please wait for your email confirmation before heading to the branch.
Pick Up Your Order
Visit your branch's will call window to collect your products.
All products eligible for One-Hour Pickup service will be ready for pickup in one hour. Plus, we’ll send you an email reminder letting you know the products you ordered are ready for pickup.
Any product that is in stock at the selected pickup branch when the order is placed is eligible for the service.
The products that are in stock at your selected pickup location will be available through One-Hour Pickup. Products that are not in stock when you place your order will be available for pickup on another day through regular Pick Up in Branch. To keep you updated, we’ll email you each time products become available for pickup.
For example, if you order two products and only one is in stock at your pickup branch, we'll email you within the hour when that item is ready for you. When the second product arrives at your branch, we’ll email you again to notify you it's ready.
Only products in stock are eligible for One-Hour Pickup service. Items not in stock can still be picked up, but not within the hour. We'll notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
**Service is available in select locations at certain times and for certain product. Orders must be placed at least (1) hour in advance and pick up times and time for order fulfillment may vary at different locations. ADI reserves the right to reject orders it cannot meet delivery times. While ADI strives to meet customer expectations, ADI cannot guarantee that the Service will be available at all hours and locations, and Service may be unavailable and/or delayed due to events beyond ADI’s control (i.e. weather, order backlog, technical difficulties, unavailability of product, limited service representatives on staff). ADI shall not be liable and Customer agrees to release ADI from any claims or damages resulting from the failure to perform Services in these instances. ADI will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify customers in the event of Service delays. ADI reserves the right to withhold Service in the event a customer’s account is not in good standing.
